Taking into consideration that those education institutie are offering a service as any other company or institute and the service is old ,expired,un updated ,and useless .EU authorities must act according EU legislation and apllied the same low and rules they do to a store ,which sales un expired ,old ,un proper product
Giving that parents are the one who are paying for those service they must complaint
Giving that Europe Union in order to remediate this situation had been giving students extra education preparation ,but in majority of the cases the same teachers who do not know what they have to do are the same who teach those extra course ,EU are wasting useless money
Apart of this as those Universities receive some other founds for researches activities EU are wasting some other money Because of
from 2014 EU must oblige EU Universities to adpot an education programme which must be according to social and economic needs
For this purpose students must study just 4 hours an in the rest of the time they will work part time for different companies and get money
Separetated from this Universities must be obliged to
1) Get at least 7 millions euro from know how transfer events activities ,
2) Have at least 10 youtube videos which will have within 17 months at least 700 000 views
3) Have a certain number of people who will search diifferents keys phrases which have link with the University
Until them Europe Union in order to give strategics investors better signal
1) He must stop financing students extra education preparation which had been done till today
2) Stop financing EU Universities researches which are not according with social and economics need and priorities
